Good players go unsigned every year.
Not because they weren't good enough. Because nobody was watching, and nobody knew where to look.
Talent isn't the problem. Being seen is.

Orange doesn't hope. Orange has a process.
We use software that maps every college program in the country and every coach on staff.
A recruiting coordinator works it every week. Every kid on the roster gets a plan.
CFB Recruit · Program Directory
What this isCFB Recruit’s Program Library. Every college football program in the country — 879 — filtered by level and conference. Click a logo, open the school.
Where it fitsThis is where every board starts. Wednesday, Coach P and the coordinator pull the schools for each kid from here.
03
The deal.
You fill out your card. We build your board. We put you in front of the right coaches. You always know where you stand and what to do next.
THE LANDSCAPE · 1
One million kids. Eighty-four thousand spots.
Every year about 1,029,588 boys play high school football in America. About 83,794 play NCAA football. That's 8 out of 100.
Only 3.4% reach Division I. 2.1% go D2. 2.6% go D3. The rest never get a real look.
Source: NCAA Probability of Competing Beyond High School, updated Sept 2026.
THE LANDSCAPE · 2
879 programs. Seven levels. Most kids only look at one.
Everybody chases the 68 Power 4 schools. The other 811 programs are where most kids actually sign. Our software has every one of them.
Power 4 · 68 — up to 105 on scholarship. The hardest door.
Group of Six · 70 — same 105. Colorado State, San Jose State, UNLV.
FCS · ~128 — up to 105 for schools that opt in. Utah Tech, NAU.
Division II · ~166 — 36 scholarships, usually split.
Division III · 243 — no athletic money, but academic and need aid.
NAIA · 94 — 24 scholarships, often split.
JUCO · 122 — up to 85. Two years, then transfer up.
Program counts from CFB Recruit. Scholarship limits: NCAA 2025–26 rules after the House settlement; FCS and D2 counts are national figures.
THE LANDSCAPE · 3
The goal is college. Not the league.
Of 83,794 NCAA players, 257 got drafted in 2025. That's 1.4% of college players — and about 1 in 4,000 high school players.
A scholarship is worth real money and a degree. That's the win. Anything after that is a bonus.

📷

THE LANDSCAPE · 4
Orange County sends kids to college every year. We're going to count them.
Nobody publishes a clean number for how many OC players sign each year. So we track it ourselves — every signing day, every school, every level.
That number goes on this page next year. And Orange's share of it.
Source: signing-day lists, MaxPreps, 247.
Codex pulls it every February and December.
Goal: Orange sends more than its share.
THE LANDSCAPE · 5
What makes Orange different.
We see every program. 879 schools, 12,000+ coaches, every level. Most high schools know twenty.
We know who's leaving. Depth by class at every program. We aim at open rooms, not famous names.
We compare to signees. Not to other high school kids. To the guys who actually got in.
One person owns it. A coordinator, every week, same rhythm.
Nobody pays. Not a service. Orange's staff with better tools.
CFB Recruit · Target Board
📷
Photo · media teamCoach P and the coordinator at a whiteboard or laptop, backs to camera is fine. The staff, working the board.
What this isA Target Board. One kid, 11 schools, three tiers: reach (Alabama, Georgia, USC), fit (Fresno, SJSU, CSU), floor (Utah Tech, NAU, D2, D3, JUCO). Sample data.
Where it fitsBuilt from the Library. Every school here opens to its staff page — that’s who the kid follows and tags.
THE LANDSCAPE · 6
How we get a player ready. By year.
Freshman: Build the card. Make the X account. Get on Hudl. Learn what a position room is.
Sophomore: Verified measurables. First film reel. First target list — mostly D2, D3, FCS. Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center.
Junior: The real year. Saturday posts every week. Ten-program board. Camps that count. Transcript-ready by June.
Senior: Offers, visits, decision. Package sent to every board school. Signing day.
The kid who starts freshman year has three seasons of film and growth on record. The kid who starts senior year has four months.
THE LANDSCAPE · 7
Six ways a coach finds a Panther.
A coach can't recruit what he can't see. Most schools use one channel. We use six.
X. The kid's own account. Every Saturday, Sunday night at the latest. Where coaches actually look.
The coordinator's email. One coach, one kid, three sentences about his room. Sent by a person, never a blast.
Panther Pro Day. Our own spring showcase on our field. Laser 40, verified height and weight, streamed. We invite the FCS, D2, and JUCO coaches who can actually drive here.
The alumni line. Every Panther playing or coaching in college is a referral. One text from a former teammate beats ten cold emails.
The academic offer. 243 D3 schools give academic and need aid. A 3.5 GPA is a recruiting stat. The counselor's office is on the staff.
Coach P's phone. Staff to staff. The close.
2026 · Being seen
📷
Photo · media teamSpring on our field. A kid in the 40 lane, timing gate in frame. Pro Day.
THE LANDSCAPE · 8
The rules of contact.
The kid can reach out anytime. The coach can't always reach back. NCAA rules limit when a coach can contact a recruit — but a recruit can always follow, post, and email. That's why the kid does the posting and the program does the emailing.
Email, not DM. Subject line: class, position, name, school. "2028 QB — Star Thomas — Orange (CA)." Three sentences. Film link. Done.
One sentence about their room. "You lose 4 of 7 quarterbacks before 2028." That line gets opened. "Please consider my son" doesn't.
Reply inside 24 hours. Every coach reply gets a human answer the same day. No exceptions.
Never: mass DMs, ten tags, fake interest, a stat we can't back up, a parent emailing a coach.
Contact rules change. Check the NCAA recruiting calendar each season.
KidPosts. Follows. Tags. His account, his voice.
CoordinatorEmails. Logs every touch. Books the call.
Coach PTalks to coaches. Staff to staff. Vouches.
ParentSigns off. Shows up. Never emails a coach.
STEP 1
Build your card.
Four minutes on your phone. Name, class, position, height, weight, GPA, your film link, your X handle. Your parent signs off.
Link: pantherlegacyclub.org/recruiting
Every kid does this. Star first, then position groups.
No film link that needs a login. A coach clicks once.
No X account? Make one this week.
What this isBuild Your Player Card on pantherlegacyclub.org. Six short levels. The card fills in live as he types. Parent finishes Level 6.
Where it fitsStep 1 of everything. Lands in the staff sheet, gets imported into CFB Recruit, becomes the package and the reveal.
HOW IT CONNECTS
Four pages. One pipe.
Your card goes in one end. A coach-ready package comes out the other. Nothing gets typed twice.
1 · Recruiting HQThe kid fills out his card. /recruiting
↓
2 · The intake sheetHis answers land in our roster sheet. Staff gets an alert.
↓
3 · CFB RecruitThe coordinator imports him. He gets a private board and an invite link.
↓
4 · The Reveal + The PackageHe gets his reveal. Coaches get his package. /reveal · /athlete
STEP 2
Getting the kid logged in.
After the card, the coordinator imports him into CFB Recruit and sends a private invite link. One tap and he's in.
The invite opens only his board. Nothing else.
He adds his film link and stats himself.
His parent can see the board too.
Link lasts 30 days. We resend if he misses it.
STEP 3
We build your board.
Ten programs. Not the ten you dream about. The ten where you fit.
The staff picks them with you. Every one has a next move. This is the coordinator's job.
THE EDGE
We know who's leaving.
The software shows every program's depth at your position, by class. Juniors and seniors graduate before you get there.
Four seniors at your spot = four open jobs the year you show up. That's where we aim.
Real example: Syracuse loses 4 of 7 quarterbacks before Star arrives in 2028.
STEP 4
Get the right coaches watching.
Not the head coach. The position coach, the coordinator, the recruiting director. Those are the people who decide.
The program follows them. So does the kid, from his own account.
A coach notices when a recruit follows him. He doesn't notice a school.
About 20 a day. No more. Accounts get locked.

Where it fitsThis is the follow list. Position coach, coordinator, recruiting director. Thursday follows, Saturday tags, come from here.
STEP 5
Saturday morning is the whole game.
Saturday morning, Sunday night at the latest: stat line, film link, three coaches tagged. Every week. Friday they're tired. Monday through Wednesday is when coaches scroll.
Monday: your best play, fifteen seconds. You repost it.
Three tags, not ten. Ten looks like spam. Three looks like a program that does its homework.

STEP 6
The package. One link.
A coach opens it on his phone. He gets your film, your size, your grades, your stats, your contact. No login. No app.
That's what we send the moment a coach shows interest. And it has your photo on it.
Demo: pantherlegacyclub.org/athlete.html?demo=1
What this isThe athlete package. One link: film button first, then size, grades, stats, contact. No login. Opens on any phone.
Where it fitsWhat we send when a coach bites. Reply to the Saturday post with this. Everything he needs in one tap.
THE TOUCH PLAN
A target coach hears from Orange twice a month. All year.
Never the same way twice. Never automated. Each touch is logged in CFB Recruit, so when the coach changes jobs, the relationship goes with him.
Week 0: the kid follows him. The program follows him.
Every third Saturday: he's one of the three tags. Ten a season.
Once a month: the coordinator's email. Package link, one line about his room.
Once a month: the position-group drop. One link, the whole room.
When he engages: Coach P calls within a week.
Spring: Pro Day invite. Summer: camp, if his room is open.
Rule: three touches with no reply, we drop to quarterly. He'll still see the Saturday posts.

48 HOURS LATER
The reveal.
Your card is in. Here's what the board sees: your numbers, where your class opens up, and how you stack up against kids who actually signed.
Then three things to do this week. Small. Specific. Done by Sunday.
See Star's: pantherlegacyclub.org/reveal.html?demo=star
What this isThe reveal. Where the kid stands (rating, rank, offers), where his class opens up (rooms emptying before he arrives), how he stacks up vs signees, three moves for the week.
Where it fitsGoes out 48 hours after the card. Built from Position Rooms and Fit Finder. Private, for the athlete and his parents.
HOW YOU STACK UP
We don't compare you to high school kids.
We compare you to the ones who signed at each program on your board. Their range. Your dot.
It's not a grade. It's a target to chase.
Star, after 5 games: completion rate above the 75th percentile of Fresno State's QB signees.
CFB Recruit · Fit Finder
What this isFit Finder. Pick a position, pick a program: the 25th / 50th / 75th percentile of what that school’s actual signees did in high school.
Where it fitsThis is the evidence line in the reveal. Star’s numbers against Fresno State’s QB signees. A target, not a grade.
BY POSITION
Every spot is judged differently.
QB: completion %, yards, TDs.
WR / RB: catches, carries, yards, TDs.
LB / S: tackles, TFL, picks, pass breakups.
CB: what doesn't happen. Picks, breakups, nothing completed on you.
OL / DL: your measurables are your stats. Height, weight, arms, bench, squat, and film of you finishing.

THE JOB
What the recruiting coordinator does.
One person owns this. Every week, same rhythm. The kids who get signed are the kids whose coordinator never missed a Saturday.
MONCheck every kid posted. Log follow-backs. Update the site.
TUEImport new cards. Send invites.
WEDBuild boards with Coach P. Check who's leaving.
THUFollow 20 coaches. Reply to anyone who engaged.
FRIGame. Rest.
SATKids post (Step 5). Pull stats from MaxPreps. Update cards.
SUNPosting deadline, 9pm. Reveals go out. Plan the week.
Once a month: the package drop — one link, the whole position group, to every target coach.
MEDIA
We need the photographers on board.
A card with a real photo gets opened. A card with a grey box doesn't. We have great media people. This is how we use them.
Media Day. One afternoon. Every kid: a portrait and one pose shot. Two setups, tunnel and weight room. 45 seconds each. This fills every card at once.
Every Friday. One shooter on the sideline. 5–10 selects by Saturday noon, tagged by jersey number.
Position groups. Same day as Media Day. These go in the monthly package drop.
📷
Portrait specChest-up. Jersey on. Dark background. Hard side light. No smile required. 4:5.
What they get: credit on every post, their name on the site, first look at every package. Put it in writing.
Rights: add "including photographs" to the parent consent. One-paragraph license from the photographers. No card, no photo.
THE RESULT
What other kids see.
A card for every Panther. A post every Saturday. Real programs on the board with real logos.
When a kid at another school asks how Orange got three guys offered — this is the answer. Orange has a process.

DON'T
What breaks it.
A film link that needs a login.
A kid with no X account.
More than three tags on a post.
A follow-back nobody logged. A post that went up Monday instead of Saturday.
NCAA paperwork in December instead of junior year.
Following 60 coaches in one afternoon.
A card with no photo.
DO
What makes it work.
Friday night. Two hours after the whistle. Every single week.
